Curtis has helped transform the recruitment marketing industry, leading it from the days of help-wanted advertising to all things interactive. In 2001, he founded CKR Interactive amid a recession. With Curtis at the helm, the firm has become one of the fastest growing agencies in the nation, known for delivering innovative solutions and products. Prior to CKR Interactive, Curtis was co-founder and President/CEO of Rogers & Associates. Before being sold to TMP Worldwide, Rogers & Associates grew into one of the largest advertising agencies in the United States with 10 offices in major markets. Kaiser Permanente, Apple, Cisco, Bank of America, Charles Schwab, Abbott Labs and Pfizer represent just a few of Rogers & Associates’ high-profile accounts. Curtis earned an MBA with a concentration in market research from the University of Wisconsin.

Kendra is the director of Peer Group US, overseeing primary and secondary research projects to arrive at strategic communication solutions. She has conducted research for a broad range of clients including Genentech, Cleveland Clinic, Oakwood Healthcare System, Covance and Banner Health. Her work has garnered Creative Excellence Awards for both primary and secondary research efforts, including Best Research Project in 2010. Prior to launching Peer Group US, Kendra held research and marketing roles in agency, nonprofit and university settings. Her perspectives have appeared in Communication World and on ERE.net. She holds a Master of Arts in Culture and Communication from New York University and is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).

Sue Redden is a founding partner and director of Peer Group, a global employer brand research consultancy based in the United Kingdom. Sue’s career focus has been helping organizations across all sectors communicate more effectively with existing and prospective employees, from her early days as an account group director at Barkers Human Resource Advertising to her role as head of research and planning at ThirtyThree Limited. In 2006, she founded Peer Group with Nick Holke and has executed employer brand research projects for companies including Barclays, Financial Services Authority (FSA), Hess, Merck Serono, the National Air Traffic Services (NATS), PricewaterhouseCoopers and RBS Group. A graduate of West Kent College, her numerous awards include the CIPD Employer Branding Award 2009 on behalf of Merck Serono.
